Our History
CATS Software, Inc. was conceived in 2005 by a group of engineers and developers who wanted a better solution for their hiring process management. The CATS Applicant Tracking System was released into the open source community in 2006 and quickly gained in popularity for its intuitive design and powerful features. With Software as a Service in its infancy and showing great potential, this team decided to take their open source solution to the cloud in 2007. Within 4 years, CATS has come to be the ATS of choice for more than 2,000 companies in over 70 countries.
Our Team
Whether it’s the President or an intern, we are all part of the CATS Team. Everyone here collaborates and works together to provide a great product and service for our community of users. We work as a team and we celebrate as a team. From monthly “Team Building” outings like bowling and bocce, to the regular Friday afternoon video gaming session, we have a fun office culture that makes our jobs something we really enjoy!
