We won't charge your credit card until the 30 days is up. Cancel any time before your trial ends with one click. The trial is a full version of the software, with no restrictions.
Can I import my data?
Yes! Easily import resumes with our mass import function. If you need help, we can import from virtually any other system for you. Give us a call at (952) 373-4010 or email us at support@catsone.com to discuss import options.
How secure is my data?
Your connection to CATS is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We perform full daily backups of customer data. You can also create an on-demand backup and download all of your data.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No! CATS is a month-to-month service. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks or offer invoicing.
What about support?
All plans include phone and email support available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm CST.
