Contacts Training Video


Andrew (from the CATS Team) gives a brief overview of the Contacts and Companies tab, which can be referenced as the Contact Management portion of CATS.

Andrew gives a quick rundown of how to create your own custom fields to capture more data in each record, and how to re-arrange the data or turn them off in each record.

Contacts can be added manually or by uploading a vcard from Outlook. Events, meetings and activities can be recorded within the contact’s profile record. If needed, you can create ad-hoc reports, or export and download the record and activities to an Excel spreadsheet.
