At the KnowHR Blog, writer Frank Roche created a list of "65 Things I Believe About HR." Now, I am certainly not an HR professional (more like an interested 3rd party), but there were many things on this list that I felt were so true and so essential to the well-being of a company and its employees. For example, wouldn’t the workplace (and the world) be a little better if:
- Everyone said hello in the morning?
- Everyone believed in the power of diversity of thought?
- There were more great leaders and small gestures?
