Google’s web-based email service - available across all devices.

The email integration automatically logs messages from Gmail to the corresponding candidate or contact record in your CATS account. No more switching between your inbox and CATS or pasting emails into the system.

Setup Guide

  1. Select the Settings gear in the upper right corner of the top bar. Click My Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Email Integration section. Click Configure.
  3. If you are not signed into your Gmail account already, Google will prompt you to enter your email address. Enter your email address and click Next.
    Note: If you are currently signed into your Gmail account, Google will request permission to access your data. Click Allow and skip to step 5.
  4. Enter your email password and click Sign In.
  5. You have successfully configured your email integration.
