The email integration automatically logs messages from your email account to the corresponding candidate or contact record in your CATS account. No more switching between your inbox and CATS or pasting emails into the system.
Quickly view email activity with candidates or contacts within CATS.
Includes both incoming and outgoing messages.
Ability to view full email contents.
Adds relevant attachments to corresponding records.
Select the Settings gear in the upper right corner of the top bar. Click My Profile.
Scroll down to the Email Integration section. Click Configure.
If you are not signed into your email account already, your email provider will prompt you to enter your email address and password. Click Sign In.
You have successfully configured your email integration.
