CATS Applicant Tracking System

All CATS accounts can now post to Monster, the largest job search engine in the world. Monster has over a million job postings at any time and over 63 million job seekers per month.

This works by inserting your Monster login credentials into the job posting services section (instructions below) and we’ll be able to post on behalf of your account, with all billing being handled between you and Monster.

CATS can now be configured to post to 12 job boards and social networks. To configure your job posting services in CATS, follow these steps:

1. Log in as an administrator.
2. Click the settings gear in the top right corner.
3. Choose Administration from the drop down list.
4. Finally, click Job Posting Services.
