Improved Resume Parsing Saves You Time
The ability to parse resumes in CATS has helped save recruiters and HR managers valuable minutes when uploading candidates. That’s why we have recently focused on improving our resume parser for an even easier experience when uploading resumes.
We’ve expanded our resume parsing abilities to include work history and job titles. You’ll notice this change when adding new candidates to CATS.
Once you have submitted the job candidate, you’ll be able to view their work experience right below the attachments. You will no longer have to manually enter the work history of every candidate!
We’re going to continue to improve our resume parsing ability. One thing we’re planning on is extracting skills and length of experience out of resumes which will allow you to run searches like “show me candidates with 5+ years of sales experience.” Stay tuned to our blogs/newsletters for future updates on this!
