Feature Update: Schedule Emails

You can now schedule individual or mass emails up to two weeks in advance, making it easier to stay organized and get more done. This functionality also applies to custom email triggers in your workflow, allowing you to delay automated email responses.

After scheduling an email you can always cancel, edit, and reschedule them if needed. To view or change any scheduled emails go to your activities page and click ‘Scheduled Emails’ on the left side.

Scheduling an email to a candidate.

1. To schedule an email to a candidate, go to your “Candidates” page and choose the candidate you wish to email.

2. Click the “Email” button on the right hand side of the screen.

3. Click on the dropdown next to “Schedule” and  select when you’d like the email to be sent.

4.  If you chose “Specify”, select the date and time you’d like to schedule your email for.

5. Click “Schedule to Send Later” to schedule your email.

Remember, after scheduling an email you can always cancel, edit, and reschedule it prior to being sent. To view or change any scheduled emails go to your activities page and click ‘Scheduled Emails’ on the left side.
