Impress Candidates with a Modern Career Portal
A staggering 60 percent of job-seekers say they stop filling out an application if it takes too long, according to employee engagement software company, Officevibe. This drop-off in potential candidates can exacerbate the already lengthy recruitment process, making it even more difficult to find the best candidate for the position. It was this common challenge that inspired CATS to create a portal that prioritizes customizability and efficiency.
The mobile-friendly portal enables candidates to apply from anywhere using any device. Candidates can quickly fill out an application by uploading a resume from their computer or from an online source, such as LinkedIn, Dropbox or Google Drive. What’s more, any postings that you create will automatically be visible on Google for Jobs.
The career portal is also customizable, allowing users to choose custom colors and upload a logo and/or banner to let your brand shine through.
